Moving between experimental rhythms and dancefloor heritage, it features celebrated artists such as Djrum, Matthew Herbert, Prins Thomas, Daniel Avery, Laurent Garnier and Richie Hawtin, alongside deeper cuts from across the electronic spectrum
The mix opens in exploratory mode with Digitonal’s “Drift Mechanics (Performance Version)” before slipping into the emotive broken rhythms of Djrum’s “Come Find Me”. Matthew Herbert & Momoko Gill’s “Babystar (Herbert’s Anything Dub)” deepens the mood, flowing into the Balearic pulse of Prins Thomas’ “Denpasar til Bangkok” and the classic machine funk of Random Factor’s “Convergence (Full Circle Remaster)”.
