44BEATZCAST 26:20
Across 78 minutes 44BEATZCAST 26:20 weaves together an inspired selection of respected names including Didier Styn, Maya Jane Coles, Adriatique, Carl Craig, DJ Hell, Guy Gerber, George Benson and the Kyoto Jazz Massive.
Spanning deep house, electronica, techno, soulful house jazz 26:20 draws from an impressive roster of labels including Compost Records, Music From Memory, Afterlife Recordings, InFiné, International Deejay Gigolo and Extra Freedom.
The journey begins with Didier Styn featuring Lex Empress and the warm elegance of "The Blessing (Rainer Trüby & Marlow Remix)", before Manuel Tur and DPlay deepen the groove with "Deviate". TebzaLiquid's "You Know (feat. SlightEase)" carries the momentum forward, flowing naturally into the funk-laced textures of Leon Lowman's "Liquid Diamonds" and the atmospheric drift of Guy Andrews' "Procession". Parra for Cuva's "Nevis" extends the electronic mood before Maya Jane Coles delivers the hypnotic "Easier To Hide".
The mix continues to evolve through Mikaël Delta's "Diving" and Adriatique's evocative "Point of No Return", opening the door to Carl Craig's extraordinary "Desire (feat. Francesco Tristano, Les Siècles & François-Xavier Roth)", where classical influences meet contemporary electronics. DJ Hell's "I Want My Future Back (Timo Maas & James Teej Remix)" introduces a darker pulse, while Guy Gerber's "The Fire Within" sustains the energy with cinematic depth.
The closing stretch embraces the soulful house. Realm of House featuring Ia Nena offers the uplifting "We Are All Nations (Arawakan Drum Mix)", followed by Infinity Plus One's heartfelt "Stand For Love". Yooks & Angel-A continue the warmth through "The Crown", before George Benson's "The World Is A Ghetto (Laroye rework, extended mix)" adds timeless sophistication. Emmaculate featuring Shebazz Curtis raises the spirit with "Fenix (Resurrection)", and Kyoto Jazz Massive's "Impulsive Procession feat. Echoes Of A New Dawn Orchestra" provides a triumphant jazz-infused finale that beautifully completes a journey spanning genres, moods and generations.
Perfect for a rainy day - Enjoy the trip.
